Pets: $200 per pet non-refundable fee. $30 per pet monthly rent.
We accept most pets. The property owner's insurance policy does not allow "aggressive breeds" or animals with a history of biting on the property. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
Aggressive breeds include: Chihuahua, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, American Staffordshire/Pit Bull Terrier, or Siberian Husky, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone.
NO RISK Application Fee. Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded. You will not be refunded if you apply and you do not meet the criteria below.
Renter Qualification Requirements: Gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental price (all sources considered) Submit most recent 30 days of paystubs No felonies No bankruptcies in the last 5 years Minimum credit score of 600 (all sources considered) No previous evictions Have positive rental references Must currently maintain a clean residence Ability to pay rent online with a bank account or credit card (Cash/Money order/ checks are not accepted) Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application
