There is closet space and a half bathroom also on the main floor for convenience. There is a small backyard with wooden deck perfect for grilling. Central heating and air is included. Washer/Dryer Hook Up available only for a stack-able washer/dryer. Parking spots are available in the front of the property.
As required there is a $50 Non refundable application / credit check / background check fee for each adult. The monthly rent is $1,400.00 and as required there is a $1,400.00 security deposit, and a minimum gross monthly income of $4,200 or greater per applicant, NO EVICTIONS and NO EVICTIONS COMPLAINTS in past 5 years, good employment history, and good credit required. 600+ Credit score or higher.
