"Back 9's"-4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Private Home

Free parking (3 spaces in the driveway as well as unrestricted street parking).
There are 4 private bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms in the house. One bedroom has the bathroom “ensuite”. All bedrooms are a minimum of 14'x 14' and all have queen beds.... There is an additional bathroom on the 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are located. One on the first floor as well as one in the basement. You can share upstairs or declare a bathroom for your very own.
Fully furnished so all you need is a TV and mini fridge for your bedroom if you want them. A large TV is provided in the living room.
Fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans utensils, plates, cups, etc.
Central Air and window units in all bedrooms
Full size Washer and Dryer
Study Room
Propane Grill on back deck Rec room in basement with pool table, darts, additional kitchen, etc.
Personal Property Manager - manages only our property, so very responsive.
Security System: State of the Art fire and smoke alarm system always maintained to owners high standards
A utility deposit paid once each semester insures that there are no connect/disconnect fees. Monthly utility charges are deducted directly from these deposits. This covers gas, electric, cable/internet, bottled water and City of Oxford charges for garbage, waste, etc.
