I lived here for two years. It was okay, the apartment itself was pretty good for the price (I was in a four-bedroom). Maintenance was usually fast. The buildings had issues, but it wasn't too bad. For college living it isn't bad.

Don't be fooled

While Hawks Landing seems like a nice place to live, technical errors on the management and payment end lead to students being charged for late payments that were due to a system issue, further apartments were not clean upon arrival whatsoever. Wifi was poor and location was noisy and distracting. Overall experience was stressful and begrudging.

Love it here!

Signed my lease last year and renewed for 14-15! The office staff always makes cookies and there are free food days all year long! I like having a hottub and heated pool too!
