South Campus Quarter Townhome (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I am student teaching in the spring in Cincinnati and will not be living on campus. I need someone to take my space. If you are interested I can give you the contact information of the 2 others who will be living here during the spring semester... though they will likely be out majority of the time since they are also student teaching. Rent and utilities are split among 4 people (the two living there, yourself, and another roommate who doesn't live there). The shared spaces include Garage, Driveway, Living room, Kitchen, Balcony, and 2 bathroom. You get a room and walk in closet to yourself. There are also 2 (or 4 since one of the roommates isn't there) large pantry shelves to store food and snacks. The bathrooms have double sinks with lots of counter space. The showers have decent pressure and are separate from the sinks. Kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, kitchen has stove, toaster, microwave, oven, air fryer, cutlery, plates, other kitchen appliances, if you are wondering if we have something just ask.
