Townhouse 2 bed, 2 full bath 5 minutes from campus
This townhome has two stories. The first floor has a kitchen with newer appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen has a bar and comes with two bar stools. The living room comes with a couch, coffee table, and... entertainment table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that both have their own private full bathroom. The bedrooms both come with a full size bed, one dresser, one desk, and one desk chair. There is one large closet that spans across a full wall of each bedroom. The outside of the home has a large patio and a storage closet with a lock for any extra storing you might need (large enough to comfortably fit a bike inside).
The maintenece team are very helpful and quick to respond. The complex itself is very pet friendly with a large grassy area outside the apartment that also has a grill. There is a fire pit by the community space/office and gym.
The location is perfect for walking to kroger for groceries, TJ Maxx for shopping, or to the bus stop which is not even a two minute walk from the apartment door to get to campus. The walk to campus from the apartment is about 15 minutes.
